We built Somrus recipes in our home kitchen with ingredients from our home country. Our bouquet of flavors are one part gourmand, one part humble homemade touch, and one part global citizen.
Made with real dairy cream and finest 5x distilled handcrafted rum, Somrus is available in 1 liter bottles, has lower ABV for increased sessionability and has a 2 year shelf life. Light & smooth, yet full of flavor, no artificial flavors and gluten free.

Somrus Chicory Coffee
Inspired by the popular South Indian Filter Coffee (KAAPI), this artisanal blend of Arabica coffee, roasted chicory, real dairy cream and 5x distilled handcrafted rum is perfection in a glass. Imagine a silky, creamy medley of rich roasted coffee notes, with a delightful depth of flavor that is complemented by the perfect touch of sweetness.
Somrus Alphonso Mango
Inspired by a popular Indian dessert drink called “Aamrus or Thick Mango Shake.” A yoghurt version of this dessert drink called “Mango Lassi” is quite popular around the globe. The key ingredients for this flavor are fresh “Alphonso” mangoes from India which are also referred to as “King of Mangoes”, real dairy cream and 5x distilled handcrafted rum. Imagine a cross between mango, peach, nectarine and apricot, but better!
Somrus Kulfi
This expression is inspired by the classic Kulfi and Rasmalai recipes that are happily enjoyed at family gatherings all year round. The key ingredients are Cardamom, Rose, Saffron, Almonds and Pistachios. This flavorful combination is then enhanced by real dairy cream and 5x distilled handcrafted rum. While creamy, it’s also light, and layered in flavor.
